The room was big with a kitchen. They provided wake-up service when I asked. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge were a nice touch. I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and even had a kitchen, which was a nice surprise. Additionally, the staff were accommodating and provided wake-up service as requested. The added amenities like a microwave, coffee, and fridge made my stay more comfortable and convenient.

This brand-new hotel offers a huge variety of reasonably large rooms. It has both pleasant and affable staff. It has absolutely perfect, excellent setting, just off nearby restaurants that deliver, a business area which overlooks an auto repair shop as well as other businesses right out the back of the building, and shopping centers and a super center Walmart and Starbucks.

Really had perfectly pleasant stay on a business trip. Fairly clean hotel, outstandingly accommodating staff, brand-new room. Spacious room with utensils and TV, for instance.

The location is great, just 2 miles from the Pacific Bonsai Museum. The rooms are always spacious and affordable, equipped with a fridge, utensils, and microwave. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn in Federal Way for a few nights and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and quiet on the 3rd floor, and although the finishes were not luxurious, they were adequate. The breakfast provided added value, with protein options for those limiting carbs. The sitting area in our room with the full kitchenette was a great feature, and the receptionist who checked us in was very friendly. The staff also did an excellent job of enforcing policies, especially when a family tried to take food off the premises. it was a good, clean, and affordable stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
